Hey man, I get you. My vision for the future does not include charging. But right now, we're in college. We don't exactly have all the capital right now to be at the level we want to be tailgating wise without trying to regain some of the losses week to week. And we only have 2 canopies (although one is a double). But we do have couches and satellite tv plus a pretty solid variety of food as well as a keg and usually jello shots or something similar.

Sounds like you need to get a new set of friends with some values. I go to a lot of tailgates and visit. I don't take anything unless offered. You will wind up fighting over fringe guests that someone runs off and someone else wanted them there. When you close off your function the party atomosphere will dry up and "others" will go elsewhere.

I don't know if the scene is being appropriately set. Any of the "fringe" guests, are in my major. Which only has 200 people and we're all in the same building so if I wanted to know who they are, I could extremely easily. There wouldn't be any fighting about who gets to stay and who gets to leave. My judgement in the matters of the tailgate are final. We've literally never kicked anyone out but if someone was being a complete arse then there wouldn't be any kind of dispute from other guests about making them leave and we would be able to find them in class on Monday and basically tell them to cut it out or not be invited again.
