I travel with suit and no hanging bag almost every week. I try as much as possible to do the following...
- Buy the "traveler crease" type pants. Or at least a brand/type that doesn't wrinkle from a few minutes of wear. I fold them like you would on a hangar and lay them flat on the top of my clothes.
- I try as much as possible to wear my suit jacket on the plane. But I often won't. And I fold it "long ways" and lay on top of my slacks. First thing I do when I get to my hotel or rental car is take it out. Sometimes it needs a quick steam or just hang it in bathroom while I'm showering.
