TM7 is the best player I've seen, but I'm not sure if he's the most "talented." His instincts and football IQ are both insane, off-the-charts, ridiculous, whatever, but does the classify as talent? I don't know, I think that TM7's intangibles are what separates him from the crowd, and I think of talent as more tangible. Not to say he isn't a great athlete because he absolutely is, just saying the term talented is likely relative.
Fournette, Peterson, La'el Collins, Brockers, Mathieu, Jamarcus, and Marquise Hill are some guys that immediately come to mind from the 2000s

He also has great physical gifts like hands, agility, quickness. He's probably the best overall I've seen.
