Dude's got to be pressing. Astros ought to do him a favor and sit him for a a couple of games. Take the pressure off.

They need him at 3rd because of injuries and he is playing lights out at the hot corner on D.

Wouldn't kill them to put Valbuena at 3rd for a couple of games.

Didn't know Valbuena was hurt. Got to be somebody else that can play third base for a couple of games Don't need to start Bregman's career out by making him a head case

It's crazy...I thought he would have adjusted by now. I keep watching and hoping he'll break loose. Not sure he has mant bats left.

They are fricked with Margo having a lingering injury but the dude obviously needs to be sent down. Even if it's not to work on anything specific he needs to build up his confidence. He was hit less in his last 2 minor league games as well so he's like 1for his last 39

The Cuban will be cleared soon. Bregs needs AAA abs. He is excellent defensively. He was slumping when he was called up BUT he has hit several balls square an could easily have 3 HRs and 8-15 hits.

I was at the game last night and he's playing lights out at 3rd, but right now the baseball has to look like the size of a sesame seed at the plate. I hope he can turn it around soon so he doesn't get sent back down once Valbuena comes back.

His approach at the plate hasn't been great either. He's almost always had an 0-2 or 1-2 count and anything on the outside part of the plate might as well be untouchable to him right now.

I don't know which games you've been watching but he has had very few hard hit balls unfortunately

Can we stop making threads about it? Are we going to keep up with every at bat throughout his entire career? Yea, he's pressing...and people constantly talking about it won't help.

There's no football, basketball, or baseball for LSU right now so talking about Bregs MLB at bats is something to talk about. If you don't like the threads don't open them.

Why don't we talk about Schimpf? Why don't we talk about Will Harris's struggles and getting yanked from the closer job? The "if you don't like the thread don't open them" is the dumbest thing ever. There is nonsense spewed, and people freak out over small things. Bregman is one of my favorite players ever, I own him on my fantasy baseball keeper team. The fact is, every one wants to constantly critique and analyze every strike, every swing, everything!

One of the bylaws of TD is don't start a thread just because a random thought popped into your head. There has literally been 20 Alex Bregman threads in the last week...this could EASILY be posted in one of the other threads.

I see how you got your User Name.
This is a worthy topic and unique from the others as it suggests temporarily sitting Bregman.
If it bothers you don't keep reading the string. Your problem will be solved.

So wait, usernames are given now?

Which further proves my point you have not read the others. As they state the EXACT same thing. At this point maybe the admins just need to sticky a thread
