Well what if other students started opening up other business, lets say Devon White loves selling T-Shirts. Ol' T-Bob Booster comes and orders 10,000 of those things given Devon a nice profit. Now I don't know how much power the NCAA has in this matter because it would be pretty obvious to everyone that it's obviously a front, but the question would be is it literally violating the law (NCAA that is), and not just the spirit of the law?

Regardless of where football takes Lewis, he seems to be a young man that will be successful in life.

You just gave Nick Saban an Idea

But really theres no way the NCAA would be able to shut down a legit business unless they were using their image to profit within the business. We had a little issue with fournette and the Buga shirts and hats

They would likely just investigate and try to scare the coaches into pressuring the player to shut the business down, but hopefully we are smart enough to know that the NCAA is toothless.
