That's where you're wrong. Yes they're spread out all over the globe (thanks liberals) but the center of their culture is in the Middle East. Their whole death cult (and that's exactly what Islam really is) is centered in and around the Middle East.

First you stop the flood of Muslims into the west. Second, you start leveling the Middle East city by city while letting them know that as long as they keep their shite up, we will be busy obliterating everything they hold dear and the places they consider holy.
