I currently have a position in about 4 of them.
Two have been on fire the last 3 months up 10-25%.
CONE builds data storage centers for cloud computing.
LTC builds long term health care facilities.
Makes sense the 2 industries would be doing well these days.
Decent divs, LTC pays monthly.
I'm also in IVR and ATAX, both in a Roth.

ATAX is not a REIT, also it's distributions are tax exempt so i'm not sure it's wise to own in an IRA, you might want to check on that.
