Are you just daft? You touch a woman these days and you're going in. Period. You physically attack a woman in some way because you believe she's "starting shite" and see what happens.
It doesn't matter that she "showed up". There were alternatives for him other than touching her. HE could have called the police if she wouldn't leave. He doesn't get to force a kiss on her or tear her pajama top assuming those allegations to be true.
She should have called the police before she went over. Would have been the smarter thing to do when the daughter called if he's got some tendency to be the way he sounds. She may have chosen not to do that because she didn't want this publicized for both their sakes or for their daughter's sake. She may have hoped she could go over and calm the storm. Who knows. HE is the one who put himself in jeopardy with his behavior. You touch a woman in any way that constitutes an assault and you're going in. That's a fact.

Man, I read most of this thread. I don't know Jordy, I mean I listened to his show from time to time, there wasn't anything wrong with his show. Its about what you would expect from a local AM sports show.
There are a lot of people saying he sucks or he is a douche, etc. Anyone who says that, did you have any type of personal interaction with him? If not, then what are you basing your opinion on?
The dude is human. Just because he is a local celebrity doesn't mean he automatically gets to live a wholesome life. Personally, I can give two fricks about his personal life. Why do people like to see "successful" people have problems?
And for people to post the shite that is posted about Whitney Vann, how do you know about her personal life? I bet you heard someone say that, which means its a rumor. There are always rumors about people who are in "the spotlight", but these people have families and its irresponsible to say shite about them if you can't provide evidence. Even then, who really gives a frick?

Doesn't matter. That didn't give him the right to touch her in the way he did. He was an idiot.
Don't take this as defending her actions. I don't know why she went there other than the reports that the child called her. However, there are no reported allegations that he was defending himself in any way and forcing a kiss is an assault. His ego got the best of him. If she set him up, he sure cooperated in going down. Wonder if a custody battle is an issue.
