Any way to boost HD FM radio signal in vehicle?

I know it's an unusual question, but 98.1 FM recently picked up a 2nd HD radio station where I can catch 104.5 ESPN in central Louisiana. Normally I have no issue catching the non HD 98.1 station, but the HD2 station consistently fades in and out.
Wanted to ask you guys if there was any device you can install to catch a better signal... besides aluminum foil on my antenna
TIA

Is it a factory radio or aftermarket? I think there are some aftermarket ones with a more powerful antenna connection. There are also replacement antennas for sale. That is a pretty standard part so it should screw right in. Crutchfield has antenna boosters for pretty cheap.
