It's real easy for us to say what should and shouldn't have happened with Sterling, from the comfort of our homes. Put yourself in the position of the cops.

He was not a small dude. He had a history of resisting arrest. He was carrying and didn't want to get fricked with much less arrested.

I don't know if what they initially went to him for was warranted or not. But I do know that if you or I was in that situation and you see this big dude reaching for his pistol, it might cross our mind to shoot first too. It's not that he was black and they were white. That's what the general dumbass consensus wants to believe. Not saying that racism doesn't exist. But this is also not Mississippi Burning in the 50's either.

It's like, we can say "Sterling was a child molester". And he says "Well those cops could have been child molesters". LOL. It's like speaking to a child. There may be no hope...
