Just the whole look & feel and the service. They also have newer aircraft. Their safety video is the only one I have ever paid attention to. They don't make you feel like you're flying a "budget" airline. I do love them.
I like SW the most domestically simply due to the flexibility and lack of nickel and diming at every step.

Will do. We are flying from LA to the Philippines and kind of disappointing the seating options are built in "threes"..I would have much preferred to not have my wife or I be stuck in the middle at any point but their price was right, great baggage policy (first two checked bags for free) and got great reviews
