Does anyone really underrate him though? I think his story arc is one of the best things on the show.

Bubbles is only underrated if you do not view him as the best character in TV history, which he is. We're talking about an arc so tragic that him simply walking up the stairs and finding the door unlocked is a major victory on which the show ends for him.
Carver is a great call. Bodie usually gets credit for his growth, but Carver parallels him as the characters with the most personal growth on the show from Season 1. They both start as pieces of shite, and turn into the souls of the show.
But come on... it has to be Slim Charles. We fight on that lie.
