BLM is a counterproductive organization and for anyone who is not convinced, this video should do the trick for you. They preach the exact opposite of what MLK wanted.

I for one will not take them seriously so long as they refuse to acknowledge the problems in their community. You can't have a discussion about progress with someone who refuses to acknowledge their own transgressions.
