Looking at flights a little more, thinking fly into San Fran, spend 3 nights. Drive to Napa, spend 2 nights. Get into Tahoe for 2-3 days of skiing and leave from there. My points won't allow me to fly into Tahoe at a reasonable time to get a skiing day in, and seems like most of the driving will either be in CA or on I80 from Napa to Tahoe.. Any other tips? Thanks for everyone's help.

Tahoe can quickly get feet of snow, if you plan on doing tahoe try for mid week. Coming and going around a weekend can be an absolute mess getting up and down the mountain.

What airline and where do you fly from? If southwest and Nola, look at Oakland since theres a direct. Then leave from Reno.
