Field stripped it in not sure this gun has been shot enough to be broken in yet. Lockup is tight. Doesn't look like there is any wear at the bushing to barrel interface. But the slide feels like it sticks in the last 1/4" of travel. From what I have read it just needs to be taken out and shot to smooth the action out. $650 sound like a good price. Debating this one or one of the cheap 1911s that are on the market now. Love the Colt name. Just not a fan of nickel plated guns.

I'd buy it in a heartbeat for $650.
Are there any nicks in the nickel? It looks more like polished stainless to me.

That gun is stainless, no? I'd buy that over a Cheapo all day and twice on Sunday.
