I would take her to see her pediatrician ASAP. You can also help draw out some of the infection/residual venom by using old fashioned drawing salve (PRID salve is one that works great> LINK) PRID also works great for wasp, bee, yellow jacket stings, too, but you need to apply it as soon as you can after they get stung.
