I believe they said 6 shots were fired. Accounting for each of those rounds will be important and interesting. The report he was shot in the back may actually be a re entrance wound though, conceivably.

I practice at 21 feet. That's the range that, from there to you, you are vulnerable to someone getting to you quickly that you can't avoid.
