Mahmoud Abdul Rauf was about to break Barry's season FT % record. All he had to do was hit one more FT. It was the last game of the season. Barry was in attendance sitting courtside. Right before Rauf shot that final FT Barry started screaming to try and distract Rauf. It worked as Rauf missed the FT. Barry was kicked out and banned from the arena for future games.

When was the last time someone in the NBA attempted an underhand FT?

College too?

There's a theory about hand size not allowing some to be great FT shooter. As the ball stays in contact longer with fingers.

Why would a guy be banned from an arena for distracting a FT Shooter?
