The word check has multiple definitions dummy

After you eat out* you "pay your check".

On Fridays, poors are advised to "check your pay".

This is why the business world speaks in English, it's so simple and concise.

*Food at a restaurant, not poonany.

In early France, small "fine dining" establishments began to open in small villages and towns. These small towns generally only had one central bank. In order to assist their patrons from being a target for robbers, these restuarants would present the diner with a blank check drawn on the local bank. The diner would then simply fill in all appropriate information and signing thus paying the check.

Or not.

A restaurant "check" is a receipt or summary of charges that the customer "checks" for accuracy. That's why they show it to you before you ok the amount and pay.

Hooray... Reminds me of the asshat who used to say, "Do you accept Federal Reserve Notes as payment?" when I worked at a video store in college. Hilarious...

He was an a-hole, too.

I like it when people just make a "check mark" in the air with their pointer finger to their waiter to indicate they're ready for the check.

I think it's cool and do it every chance I get.

You sound like a real bitch. I bet your wife treats you like shite. That's probably the source of your unhappiness.

Let me guess....tiny penis, unattractive, overweight, and balding? Only a total fricking retard would think a line like that is witty or funny
