Has anyone watched this series on Amazon? What's your thoughts on the series?

I liked it overall, it had some slow episodes, but the final 3 are really good. I do hope they come out with a 2nd season.

It did start off slow, but it definitely got better as the season went on. I read they will have a season 2.

I watched earlier this year. The ramped up a few sub plots that they seemed to leave hanging, like Smith's kid having a genetic disease and Julianna's step dad working at the Japanese Consulate or whatever. But the end was pretty promising.
Heydrich was a seriously evil scum bag If they won and he lived, God knows what terror he would have been responsible for. That's what i love about alternative history.
I did love at the end when that Japanese guy is "transported" or dreams he is in a world where the allies won The Gipper himself was on the billboard

Promising series. Hope they make a longer second season.

I like the concept. It had some good parts. I'm not convinced that it is actually good. Slow and I'm not sure if it is actually going anywhere. I haven't read the book, but from what I've heard going somewhere isn't exactly the point.
I'll watch a second season.
Edelweiss.

Exactly how I felt. The three leads are weak actors. The Nazi with the family was phenomenal

Pretty interesting and decent show overall. Very last scene was weird and confusing. I don't want the show to have a sci-if aspect to it.

Best part of the show.
I enjoyed it overall. Would watch another season.

Um, it's based on a novel by Philip K Dick, one of the most respected science fiction authors (ie - Blade Runner is based on his Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep) so it's sci-fi by definition.
And to a previous comment about going somewhere not being the point - that's largely true. Like a lot of stuff I read when I was young I wasn't crazy about it when i read it the first time but appreciate it much more now. I think it's a solid if not great series so far.
Trivia - the actor playing the head U.S. nazi was the lead in Dark City.

I enjoyed it. Kinda hard to follow and hard to figure out what the end point for the protaganists is,

I want the show to be just about an alternative reality but still be realistic. Like a what if senario. But I guess it would explain the tapes.

I just finished this series and liked it a lot. Pretty well thought out alternate history imo. im also hoping it doesnt turn into sci-fi, but the ending has me thinking it will.
Anybody know when 2nd season is supposed to come out?

Why did you even start watching? It is based on Philip K. Dick writing.

We enjoy it, good show for Amazon. I'm looking forward to S2, hopefully minus DJ Qualls
