The debate in-between Parsons and Barnes is a good one, cause neither really deserves the max. They are both 3rd-4th options. They are easy to compare, since they have been in the league almost the same amount of time. Parsons has been in the league one season longer (even though he is almost 4 years older). But their total games are roughly the same, although Barnes has played in 51 more postseason games.

Parsons- 14.3ppg, 5.1rpg, 3.0apg, 1.0spg, 1.7topg (33.3 mpg).. 47fg%, 38-3pt%

Barnes- 10.1ppg, 4.6rpg, 1.5apg, 0.7spg, 1.0topg (28.1 mpg).. 44fg%, 37-3pt%

Not a huge difference in-between the two IMO. If I had to pick, I'm going with Barnes. That is based off of Parson's injury history and Barnes' youth. But I can understand people rather going with Parsons, since he has had a bit more individual success..

I disagree on signing both. I don't think we need to throw all of our chips in one slightly above avg play like Parsons or potential like Barnes.I would rather do what Portland did. I trade Alexia for a second to clear cap and sign Ian Mahimi, Harkless, and Hill. Go for depth over home runs.

Jrue/Fraizer
Reke/Buddy
Hill/Q/Harkless
AD/Dante
Mahimi/Asik

A 3rd or 4th option gets the max this summer and next. Heck, some 5th options will
