I think the dream is to hold out, but again, I don't think there is any chance this franchise takes the patient approach. Of the guys they go after, I think Parsons offers some of the best value combined with an opportunity to both help now and long term if he can get and stay healthy -- which I realize is a big if.

Well,there you go. That does alter the analysis. It would certainly create some additional excitement for the upcoming season. As would Batum, but I doubt that happens.
