This is waaaaaaay out of left field, but...

#USMNT boss Jurgen Klinsmann has been made the odds on favorite to become the new #SaintsFC manager. (Via @SkyBet)

Do I think Klinsmann to #SaintsFC COULD happen? I'd be very, very surprised. Though, Saints have surprised everyone with last 2 appointments

LINK

Can't link the photo on mobile easily, so here's the list.

Jurgen Klinsmann: 1-3
Manuel Pellegrini: 11-4
Claude Paul: 6-1
Frank De Boer: 7-1
A lot of other dudes: 25-1

I have absolutely no idea why Southampton would want to do this, but there's gotta be some truth to the rumor if he's jumped up to the favorite above guys like Pellegrini and FDB.

As much as I'd love for this to be true, getting to the semis of the Copa basically locked his job up through the 2018 WC. Not sure why he'd leave that job security.

Breaking news: The Jurgen deal is all but done. The deal hinges upon Southampton signing Wondo.

He probably told his agent to call around before the Costa Rica game.

I don't think it matters who the coach is until the US figures out a way to attract young talented players to the game and identify, evaluate and develop them
