Isn't the new owner of the Advocate the one that ran or was going to run for governor.
I'm sure there is a history there and since he couldn't take down Burl Cain, now he's after the son.

Funny that the Advocate is called Liberal media when it's owned by a guy who is a Conservative.

Interesting. I knew Burl was contemplating running for governor but he wanted to see how the polls looked first. I don't think he felt he would have a chance but did consider it.
