My thoughts, too.

We are in Arky and have to order online, so I guess that's where the issue with the 15lbs came from. 6 person office.

Funny, they bought around 3lbs of sausage. Some people are going to have to eat sausage and potatoes.

Doing it on a propane normal boiling stove outside.

I can tell you how to do it when I get to my computer. (Times, order, seasoning ratio, etc).

You need to do them a favor. Call the fricking place they ordered from and change it to a full sack.

15/5 isn't a crawfish boil. It's a fix for one person to cook by themselves in their own kitchen Because crawfish have been out of season for so long and they can't wait any longer.
