4 guys between 15-18 HR Team ERA 3.45 and BA .301 Just glancing at their schedule, they played many ACC and Big 10 schools with a solid record. My guess is that overall they are a better team than Rice and could easily win two games. Their non conference schedule puts LSU's to shame but obviously the Tigers conference schedule was much tougher. 47-16 overall and 21-3 in conference.

Their talent is decent. SC has great high school baseball and Clemson and Carolina can only take so many players on scholly

They come to The Box.

They lose.

Tigers win.

Is their mascot considered a natural predator of possums?

I'm trying to figure out what a Chanticleer is...I'll get back to you on that.

OK, apparently it's a rooster (pronounced SHON-ti-clear) from The Canterbury Tales. So we good.

Rooster?
Canterbury Tales? Lulz

Normally wouldn't be thrilled about the Tigers eating cocks, but I'll make an exception this week

So basically, their mascot is the animated rooster from that old movie, rock a doodle?

Good enough to sweep the Tigers. The threads on here this weekend will be epic.

During their conference tourney champ game last week, announcers said that they led the NCAA in HRs with 84

320' down the lines at their home field.

not saying they cant hit but that could boost their HR #'s.

they win 80% at home (28-7)

just 60% on the road (14-9)

they dominated in conference, but im pretty sure the Big South was a 1 bid conf.

Hopefully they wont have a scouting report on us. Their ticket website has them playing Rice in the Supers.

All of their best players are seniors, so it's now or never (well, not for the next few years) for these guys.
