This is my concern. I absolutely love the comics so I'm afraid it won't live up, especially being on cable. I guess it's still early to tell but I wonder what they're gonna do with some of the more adult aspects of the story.

Nice little thread already going if you want to see if there's something there to pique your interest. Fwiw, I'm really enjoying it with no familiarity with the source material.

I also have the books. The show is pretty good for only being a couple of episodes into the series. Of course it's not the exact same as the books, but the show isn't horrible. If I were you, I'd at least give it a look since it's still early in the episodes.
