Depends on when you want to go, rates vary a lot. I own a condo in Orange Beach in one of the Phoenix complexes and the agency is asking $225 to $280 a night most of the month. The week after the 4th of July is one of the cheaper weeks and then the price drops a lot the last few weeks of August when kids start to go back to school. If by chance you want to go this Thursday and leave Sunday, let me know and I can rent it to you directly for a good price. No one has booked it for those days yet. I'll discount you what I would normally have to pay the agency.
