In the history of the NBA, a sign and trade has never happened as you propose here- where the teams do it a week prior to free agency, during the NBA draft. Why? Because it is illegal and illogical
No, you don't know what you are talking about and are probably too stubborn to learn- instead, choosing to try and defend your ego by continuing to state how it is possible. That's fine, it's the norm
