This is a great example of how people think the vocal minority represents the majority.

I guarantee you a higher portion of devote Disney fans prefer heterosexual relationships in their children's movies.

Marvel fans are also hoping The Mouse will give one of their favourite characters,Captain America, a male partner.

This is so true. Every time I talk to anyone who likes comics and movies, they're always like "how come not enough gays?".

The writer of this article definitely has a feel on the pulse of comics fans.

No, social media and reddit just make it look huge. Compared to the general population that actually buys tickets to these movies, this group is insignificantly small.

I'd like to see this data.

a shocking GLAAD report found that Disney failed to include a single LGBT character in its major 2015 movies,

why is that shocking?

I really can't get over that last part quoted in the OP.

First of all, what kind of "report" dissects LGBT characters in Disney movies?

Second, the audacity to call it "shocking" when there were no characters is asinine. That's equivalent to saying there is a shocking GLAAD report that the majority of kids and adults are in fact NOT LGBT.

The hilarity of it all is quite enjoyable.

I am growing quite tired of the queer agenda. You got your way and get to let your tranny Pedo's watch my little girl in the bathroom, do you really need to ruin her entertainment with your BS as well?

Nothing like forcing kids into more confusion when they already have trouble tying their shoes, or doing basic multiplication. Modern parents getting upset over this are as bad as the dad taking little league pitch calls waaayyy too seriously. But I highly doubt the demand was that large, considering that LGBT adults only account for 3-4% of the entire population. This is what happens when you give the inmates an inch of freedom, they demand a mile.

This is the way they think. They are trying to treat movies, tv, etc... As a platform to get their pov across.

Yeah this shite is beginning to get out of hand. I'm all for protecting the rights of the minority, that is the purpose of a republic in the first place. However, the bathroom stuff was a bit much and this is just greedy.

Obviously Disney characters have nothing to do with their rights, but this kind of agenda turns people off to LGBT problems in general. Expecting the mainstream to cater to your lack of representation among Disney characters is ridiculous, and as a result, otherwise rational people will ignore real problems and causes when they do occur.
