Jumping is a pretty significant talent when it comes to basketball. So is strength.

Shooting on the other hand is not a talent, it's a skill. So are post moves. No one is born knowing how to do those things. No one is blessed with "basketball ability." You learn it.

The fact that he's done little to develop either of those skills is 100% on him.
