I don't think Mt.Mutombo is high enough on the NBA food chain to know the lottery results.

LOL to the dummies who claim they draw it live.
They draw it in back room, with some agency as observer, to make sure shite is on the up and up, meaning we pay them to say it's not rigged.

There is an observer for every team in the room where the combinations are drawn. Those people don't have electronics in the room and are basically hostage there until the results are announced.

It's done before, results are put in giant envelopes, deputy Commish then reveals results on the show
