Great description
Seriously, they knew it would be an issue with the Lafitte Greenway, and that it would start to become a target. It does go through some questionable neighborhoods. The hope I think was that it would raise the values of all the properties near it.

It's really starting to make us consider moving elsewhere when my wife gets out of school. There's only so many times that I can say "well, that's a bad neighborhood, you shouldn't be hanging out there at night". It's fricking bullshite.

Actually it is a terrific description because if you go to NOLA.com these assholes don't provide any descriptions as a matter of public policy.
