Soooo a guy is passed out in a neighbors yard and it's not the neighbor

I went outside to get something from my car and this dude laying in the grass scared the absolute shite outta me just laying there mumbling nonsense. Not really sure what to do. It's 2:15 and everyone is asleep but this is definitely not his house. Do I let him sleep it off till the morning or call the cops and let them deal with it. Pics incoming
