This is exactly how I would rank them, but I think there's a BIG gap in between CW and TDKR. I couldn't really say which trilogy is better. I think Civil War is not only a great close to the Cap trilogy, but also a great close to this chapter of Iron Man. He basically gets pushed to his limit. It was a great close to this Marvel phase really. It's a great achievement, IMO.

So I would say both trilogies are great and both are very different from each other. I enjoyed both immensely.
