Healthy is relative as said above.

They're certainly the best "low carb" protein bar. They are sweetened now with corn fiber, but previous iterations used IMO (isomalto-ogliccosaccharides) fiber, and those tasted even better. They use combination of sucralose, lo han guo, erythritol and stevia as well. They avoid any of the bad sugar alcohols like maltitol, mannitol, isomalt that most commercial "sugar-free/no-sugar added" products use.

Yea I know everything is relative, but I was just curious how they stacked up to other things.

I always have concerns when things say no sugar and then they taste very good. With today's day and age I'm sure someone is just creating some super engineered/processed ingredient that isn't technically sugar but probably breaks down into the same thing once it gets into your body so that's mainly what I was asking about.

And I don't eat these sorts of things regularly. I usually have a box of them at my office, though, and grab one if I don't have time for a real meal/snack. They seem like the best option for this sort of thing so was curious if others thought the same or used something else.
