Paterno could not grant tenure and tenure was granted after he was released from his job as DC.
That was given by the AD President and school.
What's so hard for you to get?
They have now changed things where they can remove tenure.

I know Paterno couldn't grant tenure. I never said he could. Not sure your point there.
If you read my posts, I've basically stated why I think the NCAA had every right to slam the football program like they did.
