Without a morality clause or other policy specifically spelled out in your contract, I would say theoretically no as long as it doesn't impact your work.
It's irrelevant though seeing as the NCAA wasn't his employer, PENN STATE WAS.

Right, like I said, it's not apples to apples. But the NCAA has control over its member institutions and those institutions have control over their employees.
