Joffrey, as a character, and the actor who portrayed him was much more sinister and evil

When the character was first introduced last season(?) season before(?) I made a couple posts on here about how ridiculous the character was and how bad the actor was over-acting.....to the point where I didnt actually believe the character was that maniacal. Of course, I got raked over the coals by so many of the GoT apologists with the "you just dont understand the character, you never read the books"

glad to see a few people somewhat agree, the way he overdelivers his lines, I dont even see him as a character in an ensemble cast...I just see a shitty actor who needs a director
