Gomez is sitting for a 2nd straight game at least.
Also, read an article that said Giles admits that his mechanics are off right now, something about his hands that allows batters to see his fastball better. Hopefully he can get it figured out, he'll be a big part of this team turning this thing around.

They say he landed on his elbow and bruised some ribs Friday night when he dove for that ball Vogt hit. Could be the truth, could be benching him and giving a false narrative so as not to publicly throw him under the bus.
