I'm from there and I'm in the area very often. Across the locks in Big Bend gets fished regularly. Other than a few locals, haven't seen even a moderate amount of people fishing in the Bville side in years. Trust me, I know the people that fish it. But being from BR I guess you know better than me.

Didn't mean to offend, maybe in recent years it hasn't gotten much pressure. In years past though there were people who fished it very regularly.

Also, fair warning to the dude going, if you are gonna pull off the road next to a bridge to launch, get out and walk around the grass before you pull your truck in, because people out there use roofing tacks like crazy to deter visitors.
