i've noticed an uptick over the last week as well... gonna put another feeder out today.

My go to Hummingbird plants:
Salvia guaranitica...species or "Black and Blue"
Salvia greggii/microphylla or any hybrid thereof
Malvaviscus drummondii
Monarda
They also love Hibiscus syriacus AKA Rose of Sharon/Althea..too many seedlings though.
Manettia cordifolia
Annual vines like Ipomoea quamoclit or Ipomoea hederifolia/coccinea...all quite invasive.
Anisacanthus wrightii
Dicliptera suberecta
A video from last year
