That word "Germans" would have a whole different meaning

Then the Deltas wouldn't have gone out of Ferber like a boss

Watch as the Soviets roll across Western Europe

Ironically enough, this would have been a disaster for Germany unless they convinced the Americans and Brits to sign an armistice before the summer of 1945, because the atomic bombs would have been falling on Germany and not Japan.

There is a series in Netflix that actually goes into what would have happened if Germany and Japan would have won the war. Forgot name of series. Sorry

Then the Russians would've won the war. Hitler was always going to loose, the point was who would win, us or Russia

Only two things would've led to a defeat at Normandy:
• Air SUPERIORITY by the German Luftwaffe
• A strong, threatening presence of the German U-boat fleet
If these threats had existed prior to the invasion, I doubt the operation would've been carried out. In it place perhaps, there might have been an invasion of Norway, albeit on a much smaller scale than Normandy, or a stepped up effort to dislodge the Germans from Italy. I imagine too that every effort would've been made to draw out and decimate the Luftwaffe.
Allied air dominance over Europe was the key to victory on that continent. I could see that being a primary Allied strategy had Normandy failed or not been attempted.

More bombing of civilian targets maybe even a nuke in Berlin, nothing was out of the realm of the impossible.

If Hitler had released the Panzers that were up in the Pas-de-Calais area, they might have turned the tide. At one point, Gen. Bradley thought that they had lost on Omaha beach. It was going that badly. So it was quite possible that the Germans would have won. D-Day at least.
What would the Allies do? What I think would happen was they would have to build up a second invasion force. Even if Norway or the Med were the target, It would have taken them years. Operation Dragoon was largely unopposed because the victory of Overlord(D-Day). The atomic bomb of course would have been our saving grace. They had intended to use it on Berlin anyway. It just wasn't ready until after V-E day. Probably Leipzig would have been a good target. Then Berlin if necessary.

Well, it would have probably taken a good year or maybe more before the western allies were ready to launch another invasion across the channel. But, I doubt they even try it again, at least not in northern France.
First, look at what was happening in the Eastern Front in June 1944. The Soviets launched an offensive (Operation Bagration) which totally destroyed an entire German Army Group. Had the D-Day landings failed while the Soviets had such a huge success, Churchill would have once again pushed for his "soft underbelly" strategy. Basically, everything the Allies had in England would be rushed to the Med and used in the push up the boot of Italy and maybe even a seaborne invasion along the Dalmation Coast followed by an offensive up the Balkans in order to "shake hands with the Russians as Far East as possible".

keep on bombing and support Russia as they advance to the west.
France would be communist today. Italy would be communist. Greece too.

Americans regroup and attack them somewhere else? It wasn't like every able bodied man got involved like the USSR. Germans were screwed no matter what

Germany would have still been destroyed, most of their manufacturing plants were gone by this point, plus the Luftwaffe was running out of qualified pilots to fly the dwindling fleet of aircraft. They simply couldn't have carried on fighting two fronts indefinitely.
