I don’t think one more day will kill us. We waited this long. I reread you greyskull thread today for like the third time. I will admit to being more than a little intimated by the free weight area of the gym. My experience is limited to mostly body weight and dumbbell things, but I feel like it’s something I want to tackle before too much longer. I feel like at the size I am even if I lose a lot it won’t be asthetically pleasing, so strong is probably a better focus for me than skinny. /hijack
