Post back and let us know how it goes. Y'all have piqued my interest. I'm a lot better about pushing myself & staying accountable in a group setting with a scheduled time. I'm weak and don't want to be anymore.

Warm-up was 1min on rower, 200m run for 3 rounds. Then stretches.

Since it was our first real class, they went over form heavily. Form is fine with light weights so now gonna slowly ramp that up.

I did extra sets of the deadlifts since the weight was light and they wanted me to continue to practice form. The 3 rounds of cleans and jumps over box were fast, but exhausting. My out of shape self was already tired before we got to that, but that sapped the last of my energy. I did step overs instead of jump overs.

A good class, and the coach was very nice and sincere with complements and critiques. I am enjoying CF so far.
