That's what I'm using but I feel it's not accurate

Added a package of tuna to my salad tonight and I feel stuffed I hope the protein will do some good

Dumb question


Adding Tuna Fish to salad was appropriate I believe.

But for my breakfast would this be a good source of protein also....

6 oz serving of Vanilla Yogurt (using Great Value) as was decent taste to me and cheap.
cup of frozen strawberry
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk



That along with the tuna should assist in my protein correct?
