Just weighed myself this afternoon

I am down from 205 to 197.75 in 1 week

That is good I believe

Now this week I'll add tuna yogurt cottage cheese for protein in diet. I wanted to get initial loss going then start adding.

I don't lift my excercide is walking dog on my The 40 acres

I wished I could find an app that's accurate in distance as I don't think my under armor app is

That's where I'm at. Heaviest I've been all year. Gonna hit the pool Saturday am for the first time, finally.

Then I've got two sacks lined up for Saturday afternoon.
