oh hai pals. Still currently being a lazy frick and doing nothing but intermittent fasting. When not actively watching my diet it has become a great tool in helping me maintain my weight. I weighed in earlier this week at 213 which was a hugely pleasant surprise. I was expecting 220 minimum. Especially after the halloween candy binge

Haven't checked in for a while, so felt like I needed to hold myself at least a little bit accountable.

Yo I ate pasta last night for the first time in a while and I've never felt as tired as I am now.

Carbs are the devil, I don't care what anyone says.
