Eric - thanks for your reply....

Contacts: I sent that log file as requested. I'm searching for stuff in my iCloud contacts. Not sure if that's part of the problem. Example: I'm coming up with Zero hits for "Smith" (I have multiple Smiths in my contacts.) I have no contacts in my onboard/native Outlook PST. Everything is in iCoud contacts. "Contacts (This computer only)" is empty. Please see below.

That fix for the default Outlook profile worked. Thanks..

That big customer who is dictating functionality to Lookeen regarding the sidebar must be really big. I suggest reverting back to the original sidebar functionality for the little folks and write a customized app for that big guy. Just a thought...

Opening links in the user's default browser seems to be the only logical route since (in this case) Chrome is by far the most popular browser and users expect it since that is what Outlook (and most mail clients) does.

Referring to the timeline might work if you already know the timeline, but in most cases, I simply don't keep a running log of my activity and that would not work. I prefer to give the task of time/date/people keeping to the app.

Thanks....

TP
