The new deal is 5.14 billion($7.34 billion) pounds over the next 3 seasons, and also they get $166 million per year from nbc. Are more top stars like Bale, Lewandowski,Zlatan from Bayern, Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG gonna move to the BPL? Are guys that would be on the 2nd teams for those teams gonna now flock to the 2nd tier teams in england like Southampton,Newcastle, Aston Villa

Well. Lower table PL clubs are going to be paying inflated arse salaries to avg to below average players and then aren't going to be able to dump them when they they realize they aren't up to par (at least without subsidizing wages). Going to be more important than ever to recruit the right guys. Misses for the big hitters will have the lower table to fall back on.

I mean, you kinda started seeing that this past summer window with Yohan Cabaye moving to Crystal Palace and Xherdan Shaqiri going to Stoke City.

PL teams will now be charged a king's ransom for every player they try to purchase (much more so than now), thus redistributing some of the wealth to the continent. Don't think it will have too much of an impact on their performances in Europe, any improvement in European competition will come from Pep and Klopp carrying the league.

Hugely.

There were articles a few months ago about French teams wanting to ditch Ligue 1 so they can create a new league and get bigger TV revenue in hopes that teams other than PSG can afford to have teams that can compete at the European level.

The new Premier League deal guarantees that other countries have no choice but make major changes to get more competitive.

Lewandowski is going to sign an extension through 2021 if he hasn't already.

Does this mean some team in the BPL will now have the money to pay Klinsmann to leave the USMNT.
